A $50 deposit may be required to secure an appointment, applied toward the scheduled service. Deposits are forfeited on no-shows or cancellations within 24–48 hours, but can be applied to a future service if rescheduled within policy.

This Subscription Membership Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Essence by Shine ("Business") and the subscribing client ("Member").
The Member is enrolling in Tier 1: The Glow Membership. This membership provides monthly credits and exclusive member pricing on services and products as outlined by the Business.
The Member agrees to pay $100 per month, billed automatically to the payment method on file.
Payments are processed on a recurring monthly basis. By enrolling, the Member authorizes automatic billing.
While the membership is active, the Member will receive:

The Member agrees to a minimum commitment of 3 months.
If the Member cancels prior to completing the commitment period, the Member agrees to pay the remaining balance of the membership term.
Membership benefits, including discounted pricing and promotional rates, are only valid while the membership is active. If membership is terminated early, the Business reserves the right to adjust, revoke, or recover discounts applied during the membership period.
After the initial commitment period, the membership may be canceled at any time with written notice.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid the next charge.

If a payment attempt fails, the system will retry in accordance with payment processor settings.
If all payment attempts fail, the membership may be suspended or canceled, and membership benefits will be paused until the account is brought current.
The Business reserves the right to suspend or terminate this membership at any time due to:

Unused credits may be used after membership cancellation; however, member-exclusive pricing and discounts will no longer apply. Any remaining credits will be applied toward services at non-member pricing.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Member and the Business regarding the membership.
The Business reserves the right to update membership terms, benefits, or pricing with prior notice.
