Aesthetic Neurotoxin · Facialtox

The whole face, in balance — in one session.

Some clients want a single area softened. Others want the whole face addressed at once — upper, midface, lower, and jawline in one balanced visit, so no zone is “louder” than the others. Facialtox is the framework for the second approach.

This isn't a different product — it's a different plan. Same Xeomin or Jeuveau, same biology, same longevity. The difference is that every dynamic-line zone is mapped and dosed together for whole-face harmony. Prefer to learn area by area? See the Tox guide →

Zones covered

Every dynamic-line zone — addressed together

A Facialtox plan typically combines four anatomical zones. Each is dosed conservatively to your anatomy; the dose is distributed so the whole face stays balanced and natural-looking.

Upper face

Forehead & brow architecture

  • Forehead horizontal lines
  • Glabella / “11” frown lines
  • Crow's feet (periorbital)
  • Brow lift (tail of the brow)
  • Subtle brow shape refinement
Midface

Bunny lines & lip flip

  • Bunny lines (nasal scrunch)
  • Lip flip (subtle pout)
  • Gummy smile correction
  • Nasal tip refinement (where indicated)
Lower face

Chin, mouth & jaw

  • Chin dimpling / pebble chin
  • DAO (depressor anguli oris) — lift the corners of the mouth
  • Radial smile lines (if not Microtox)
  • Masseter (Jawtox) — slimming + clenching relief
Neck

Nefertiti lift

  • Platysma bands (vertical neck cords)
  • Jawline definition via platysma relaxation
  • Subtle lift of the lower face
  • Refined cervical-mental angle
Facialtox vs single-area Tox

Same molecule. Same biology. Different scope.

Facialtox isn't a different product — it's a different plan. Whether one is right for you usually comes down to whether you want balance across the whole face or focused softening of a single area.

  Single-area Tox Facialtox
Scope One zone (e.g., just forehead) Multiple zones, balanced together
Typical dose 10–30 units 60–120 units
Appointment time 15–30 minutes 30–45 minutes
Best for One bothersome area; first-time clients trying Tox Whole-face refresh; clients with multiple concerns; pre-event balanced result
Outcome Targeted softening of one feature Cohesive, balanced refresh across the face
Product Xeomin or Jeuveau Xeomin or Jeuveau — or both, by zone
Longevity 3–4 months (4–6 for masseter) Same: 3–4 months (4–6 masseter)

Many clients start single-area for their first treatment and graduate to Facialtox once they trust the result. There's no “better” — it's a matter of what you want this visit to accomplish.

How it works

Many small precisions, one balanced face

Facialtox uses the same intramuscular botulinum toxin mechanism as every other Tox application. The art is in distribution: how to dose each zone so the whole face stays in proportion.

Balance is the goal, not maximum effect.

Botulinum toxin type A temporarily blocks the chemical signal that tells targeted muscles to contract. Every Tox treatment uses the same molecule — Facialtox just applies it across more muscles in a coordinated plan.

The skill is in relative dosing: if we soften the forehead too aggressively without addressing the brow depressors, the brows can drop. If we relax the lower face without relaxing the masseter, the jaw can look more prominent. A whole-face plan accounts for these interactions — every dose is chosen in relation to every other dose.

We map your anatomy in detail at the start of the visit — having you frown, smile, raise your brows, clench, scrunch your nose — and propose a plan that softens the lines you want softened while preserving the expressions you want to keep. You see and approve the unit map before any needle touches your skin.

Conservative dosing is the modern standard. Most Facialtox plans aim for “refreshed” rather than “motionless,” with a 2-week follow-up to add small amounts if you want more.

Products we use: Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) and Jeuveau (prabotulinumtoxinA) — both FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A neuromodulators in the same family as Botox. We can use one throughout the session or mix by zone (e.g., Jeuveau on the upper face for faster onset; Xeomin on the masseter for longevity).

What to expect

From mapped plan to fully settled

Day of

30–45 minutes

Detailed consult and full-face mapping. You see the unit plan before anything is injected. Multiple zones treated in one visit — back to normal activity the same day.

Days 3–7

The face softens

Multiple zones start responding together — forehead first, then frown lines, crow's feet, brows, lower face. Jeuveau-treated zones may show earlier than Xeomin-treated.

Week 2

Fully settled

Peak effect across all zones. Your face is refreshed but still expressive. Touch-up assessment scheduled here — adjustments are easier than overdose.

Months 3–4

Time to come back

Most facial zones gradually return. Masseter (if treated) lasts 4–6 months. Most clients book Facialtox every 3 to 4 months for maintained balance.

Why people choose the comprehensive plan

What changes when the whole face is in balance

The difference clients describe most often: not that any single feature changed dramatically, but that the whole face reads as more rested and unified.

What you'll see

In the mirror

  • Cohesive, balanced softening across the face
  • No single feature jumping out as “done”
  • Brighter, more open eye area
  • Lifted brow tail and softened forehead
  • Calmer chin, lifted mouth corners (DAO)
  • Refined jawline if masseter is included
Practical

Why it fits busy lives

  • One visit instead of three across a quarter
  • One recovery window, not multiple
  • Photos that look like a rested version of you
  • Strong before-event option (3 weeks ahead)
  • Cleaner maintenance cadence — every 3 to 4 months
  • Single quote per visit — no surprise charges
Is this right for you?

Honest about who benefits most

Great candidates

  • Multiple areas of concern across the face
  • Want comprehensive balance rather than one-zone softening
  • Maintenance clients who want one efficient visit per cycle
  • Pre-event refresh — wedding, milestone, photoshoot 3+ weeks out
  • Comfortable with a longer (~45 min) appointment
  • Open to a 3-to-4-month maintenance cadence

Better suited elsewhere

  • Pregnant or breastfeeding
  • Active neuromuscular conditions (myasthenia gravis, ALS)
  • Known allergy to botulinum toxin or its components
  • First-time Tox clients curious about one specific area — start single-area, build up
  • Concerns that are primarily volume loss (filler is the right tool), skin quality (Microtox / skincare), or pigmentation (peels)
  • Looking for an instant or permanent fix — Tox is maintenance, every 3 to 4 months
Frequently asked

Your Facialtox questions, answered

What is Facialtox?

Facialtox is a single-session, comprehensive neurotoxin plan that addresses every zone of the face at once — upper face (forehead, glabella, crow's feet, brow shape), midface (bunny lines, lip flip), lower face (chin, perioral lines, masseter), and neck (Nefertiti lift).

Each area is dosed individually to your anatomy, but the plan is built holistically so the whole face stays in balance.

How is Facialtox different from regular Tox?

Same product, same biology, same longevity — different scope. Regular Tox is typically area-specific (forehead only, frown lines only, crow's feet only). Facialtox is the full-face plan: every dynamic-line zone addressed in one session, with units distributed across the face for balanced softening.

Most clients arrive curious about one area and discover they want the whole face balanced; Facialtox is the framework for that.

Won't a full-face treatment look frozen?

Not with conservative, modern dosing. The goal of Facialtox is balance — soften the lines that show wear without erasing the expressions that make you, you. Many full-face plans use less aggressive dosing per area than someone doing one zone in isolation, because the goal is harmony rather than maximum effect at any one point.

If you're concerned about expression, we dose lightly on the first visit, see how your muscles respond at 2 weeks, and add more if you want it. It's far easier to add than to wait out an overdose.

How long does Facialtox last?

Same as regular Tox: 3 to 4 months. The masseter (Jawtox) component lasts 4 to 6 months. Most clients book a comprehensive Facialtox session every 3 to 4 months.

How many units does a full-face Tox session take?

Typical full-face plans range from 60 to 120 units depending on which zones are included, muscle anatomy, and conservative vs. classic dosing.

A representative breakdown: forehead 10–20u, glabella 16–24u, crow's feet 8–14u per side, brow 2–6u per side, bunny lines 4–6u, lip flip 4–6u, chin 4–8u, masseter (optional) 20–30u per side.

Full quotes provided at consultation after we map your anatomy and discuss your goals.

Can I add masseter (Jawtox) to my Facialtox session?

Yes — the masseter is one of the most commonly included zones in a Facialtox plan, particularly for clients with clenching, grinding, TMJ tension, or a squared lower face.

Adding it slightly increases the unit count and longevity in that area (4–6 months vs 3–4 months for facial zones). See the Jawtox / TMJ guide →

How long is the appointment?

Facialtox sessions take 30 to 45 minutes — slightly longer than a single-area visit because of the broader anatomy mapping and the multiple injection sites. Most clients return to normal activity the same day.

What product do you use?

We use Xeomin (incobotulinumtoxinA) and Jeuveau (prabotulinumtoxinA) — both FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A neuromodulators in the same family as Botox.

We can use one product throughout the session or, in some cases, mix products across zones if you want Jeuveau's faster onset on one area. We'll plan that at consultation.

Is Facialtox priced differently from regular Tox?

No — pricing is per unit, just like any Tox treatment. Facialtox isn't a separate product or premium service; it's simply a comprehensive plan applied as a single visit. The total cost equals the sum of the units used.

A note on safety & scope. Facialtox uses Xeomin and Jeuveau — both FDA-approved botulinum toxin type A products. Some zones (masseter, neck) are considered off-label but well-established in clinical practice. Conservative, modern dosing aims for refreshed expression — not motionless. Adjustments and touch-ups are scheduled at the 2-week mark.
